These guys were apprehended today at Samaru Kataf with arms and ammunitions, heading to Fadan Karshi.
Now how do we know who they are? Since the governor is the only person that knows those he paid to stop the killings. Governor El-Rufai should be able to tell if these guys are from Mali, Chad or Senegal.
We are waiting to see how they would handle this case.
